The state agency e-mobil BW GmbH endeavors to make its websites accessible in accordance with Section 10 (1) of the State Disability Equality Act (L-BGG).

This accessibility statement applies to all websites of the state agency e-mobil BW GmbH.

 

1. Status of compliance with requirements

The website of the state agency e-mobil BW is partially compliant with the requirements of Section 10 (1) L-BGG. There is content that makes it difficult for people with disabilities to access information.

  • Embedded podcasts may be partially inaccessible via assistive technologies
  • Embedded map applications may be partially inaccessible via assistive technologies 
  • Links that lead to documents or websites outside the State Agency's websites
  • Interactive web applications, as they are not sufficiently accessible via assistive technologies 
  • Press releases and press kits that were posted as PDF downloads before January 1, 2025
  • Information on navigating the website in German sign language is no longer up to date
  • Restricted-access community platform LoftOS for the e-mobil BW clusters and networks

 

3. Creation of this accessibility statement

This statement was created on August 9, 2021.

In accordance with Section 4 (2) (1) of the L-BGG Implementation Ordinance (DVO), e-mobil BW carried out a self-assessment for the purpose of creating this statement. Findings from an audit report by the Monitoring Agency for Media Accessibility in February 2024 were also incorporated into the creation of this accessibility statement.

The statement was last reviewed on July 4, 2025.
