The State Agency e-mobil BW GmbH strives to make its websites accessible in accordance with Section 10(1) of the State Law on Equal Opportunities for People with Disabilities (L-BGG).

This accessibility statement applies to all websites operated by the State Agency e-mobil BW GmbH.

 

1. Status of Compliance with Requirements

The website of the State Agency e-mobil BW is partially compliant with the requirements of Section 10(1) of the L-BGG. There is content that makes it difficult for people with disabilities to access information or navigate the site.

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

  • Images uploaded after September 23, 2019, because they have only partial alternative text
  • Graphics uploaded after September 23, 2019, because they have only partial alternative text and are not sufficiently accessible via assistive technologies 
  • Tables uploaded after September 23, 2019, due to insufficient accessibility via assistive technologies
  • Embedded map applications may, in some cases, be insufficiently accessible via assistive technologies 
  • Links that lead to documents or websites outside the State Agency’s websites
  • Interactive web applications, due to insufficient accessibility via assistive technologies 
  • Press releases and press kits posted as PDF downloads prior to January 1, 2025
  • Information on navigating the website in German Sign Language is no longer up to date
  • The access-restricted community platform LoftOS for the e-mobil BW clusters and networks

 

3. Creation of This Accessibility Statement

This statement was prepared on August 9, 2021.

In accordance with Section 4, Paragraph 2, Item 1 of the L-BGG Implementation Ordinance (DVO), e-mobil BW conducted a self-assessment to prepare this statement. In addition, findings from an audit report by the Monitoring Agency for Media Accessibility dated February 2024 were incorporated into the preparation of this accessibility statement.

The statement was last reviewed on July 22, 2026.
