We would like to point out that at events (virtual or on-site), a service provider commissioned by the state agency e-mobil BW GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the organiser) (e.g. photographer, film crew) and/or employees of the organiser may take photographs or film for the purposes of documentation, press and public relations work and for publication in various media (e.g. websites, radio, television, print, social media, etc.).
