Purpose and legal basis

We are processing personal data in the framework of:

  • contracts
  • inquiries

The processing of personal data is carried out according to Art. 6(1) GDPR.

Categories of personal data

Personal data obtained from the data subject: name, company, address, telephone and fax number, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, academic degree. Additional data processed by the controller: CRM information (for example: creation date, letters, e-mails, inquiries).

Sources of data

The data was processed by us and was derived from the following sources: handing over of business card, telephone call, trade fair visit, publicly accessible sources, establishment of contact via e-mail, recommendation by a third party, inquiry from an interested party.

 

Transfer of personal data to a third party

A transfer of personal data to a third party will only be carried out in the framework of legal regulations. Unless, you have explicitly authorised a transfer of personal data to a third party by a specific consent. A transfer of personal data is always carried out for a specific purpose.

Your personal data will only be stored in the framework of the storage periods permitted by law.

Rights of the data subject (right of access, right to rectification and right to erasure)

In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data are being processed and, where that is the case, to access to the personal data. In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data. In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you have to obtain the erasure of personal data as long as there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing and there is no legal obligation which requires processing by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject. In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to obtain the restriction of processing of your personal data.

In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data as long as it is carried out by automated means. In accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, have the right to object to future processing of your personal data. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. If you revoke the consent to the processing of your personal data respectively object to the processing of your personal data, this does not affect the legality of the data processing until the time of revocation.
