The presentations of the three invited speakers addressed topics that are relevant for stakeholders from the field of battery technology and digital mobility applications as well as from the hydrogen sector. In an exhibition on the working groups of the two cluster initiatives, participants were able to find out about the respective activities, gain impulses for future meetings and engage in conversation with other participants.

150 cluster members from industry and research took this opportunity to exchange ideas in person for the first time in two years.

Trend and futurologist Harry Gatterer spoke on society's approach to the future. In his presentation, Franz Eduard Gruber, founder and advisory board member of Forcam GmbH, showed how digital solutions can be used to make industrial manufacturing processes more sustainable. Dr. Stefan Baron, Managing Director of AgenturQ, presented the results of the Future Skills study, addressing the changing requirements in the area of qualification. The central challenge is to design education and training programs with foresight in order to train the skilled workers of tomorrow today.
