Im Rahmen der "Battery Show Europe" am 19.06.2024 findet der Workshop "Future Skills for the Battery Industry" statt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf wertvollen Erkenntnissen zu den erforderlichen Fähigkeiten und Schulungsmaßnahmen für Fachkräfte im Bereich der Batterietechnologie.
Die Transformation in der Automobilwirtschaft erfordert ständiges Dazulernen und die flexible Anpassung an neue Bedingungen. Wissen wird in diesem Bereich zunehmend zur entscheidenden Ressource. Aus diesem Grund findet im Rahmen der "Battery Show Europe" am 19.06.2024 der Workshop "Future Skills for the Battery Industry" statt. Im Fokus steht wertvoller Input zu den benötigten Fähigkeiten und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für Fachkräfte im Bereich Batterietechnologie. Dabei profitieren die Teilnehmenden insbesondere von den Erfahrungen aus den Leuchtturmprojekten QualiBattBW („Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen Batterieökosystem Baden-Württemberg“), VOLTAGE, TRIREME und des Partners CELEST (Center for Electrochemical Energy Storage | Ulm & Karlsruhe) sowie vom starken e-mobil BW Netzwerk bestehend aus Akteuren und Experten aus Forschung, Wirtschaft und Bildung.
Die Veranstaltung findet auf Englisch statt.
